About: Karl Strauss (real person and master brewer) made its debut in 1989. The Anaheim brewpub layout features an outdoor patio, tasting room-like bar area with 24 taps for guests to enjoy an ever-changing list of rotating beers. With reclaimed wood and exposed brick, the space has an industrial feel that includes garage doors which open to a large outdoor patio overlooking Angel Stadium. Brewery tours are also available where are Certified Beer server will walk you through the various stages of the brewing process and the brewery’s equipment.
